Have you noticed a painless sore or ulcer on your genitals, anus, or mouth?
Have you experienced a body rash that wasn’t itchy (esp. palms or soles)?
Do you have swollen lymph nodes without a known infection?
Have you engaged in sex with someone recently diagnosed with syphilis?
Do you experience unusual fatigue, fever, or sore throat without other cause?
Have you had unprotected sex with new or multiple partners?
Are you a man who has sex with men (MSM)?
Have you previously tested positive for any STI?
Are you HIV-positive or immunocompromised?
Have you ever traded sex for money, shelter, or resources?
